(Sara goes to the a dentist to make an appointment.)
Receptionist: Good morning, welcome to Kantipur Dental Hospital. How may I assist you today?
Patient: Good morning. I need to make an appointment with the dentist, please.
Receptionist: Of course. Could you please provide me with your name and date of birth?
Patient: Yes, it’s Sara Adhikari, and my date of birth is January 15th, 1985.
(The receptionist inputs her name in the computer.)
Receptionist: Thank you, Ms. Adhikari. Do you have a preferred date and time for your appointment?
Patient: I would like it to be sometime next week, preferably in the afternoon.
Receptionist: Let me check the dentist’s availability. How about Tuesday at 2:30 PM?
Patient: That works perfectly for me.
Receptionist: Great. I have you scheduled for Tuesday, March 30th, at 2:30 PM. Is there a phone number where we can reach you?
(Sara gives her phone number.)
Patient: Yes, it’s 9841-4567.
Receptionist: Perfect. We’ll send you a confirmation message shortly. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Patient: No, that’s all, thank you.
Receptionist: You’re welcome. Have a wonderful day, and we’ll see you next week for your appointment.
(Sara goes back home.)
