Guidelines for Writing a Brochure / Leaflet / Booklet:

  • Organize the information so that most important points come first.
  • Keep sentences and words short.
  • Use simple language.
  • Use visuals/pictures.
  • Use the active voice rather than the passive voice.
  • Use heading and subheadings and bullets to break up the text.
  •  *All the information must be written inside a box.
