Dear sir

I am writing this letter to apologize for missing school on Tuesday and Wednesday without prior. I am truly sorry for not attending classes on that day.

On Monday night, I felt nauseous and unwell. Then on Tuesday morning, I had a high fever and a bad cough, which made it difficult for me to attend school. My parents were concerned about my health and decided it was best for me to rest at home and recover.

However, on Tuesday night, my fever rose to 104.2°F and I was rushed to the hospital. I was kept under observation for another 12 hours during the emergency. So, I missed school on Wednesday as well. The doctors performed some tests but the results were inconclusive. The doctors want me back on Monday. So, I request you to grant me another leave on July 24th as well.

Missing three days of school is not something I take lightly. I promise to catch up on all the missed lessons given on that day. I will make every effort to ensure that such a situation does not occur again in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. I truly appreciate your consideration.
